Mr. Lu works as patent attorney for many years.  His services include patent drafting, prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, and litigations.

Lu  received a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in computer science and technology from Jilin University in 2002 and 2005. 

Lu  has been engaged in software R&D and management respectively in NEC China and China HP for several years, and then served respectively at Liu, Shen & Associates and ZY & partners for patent attorney for many years, focusing on patent prosecution including patent application (including a large number of overseas patent applications), patent reexamination, patent drafting, patent infringement analysis, standard essential patent analysis and so on, and he  joined IPW law firm as a partner in 2022.

Lu is a member of All China Patent Attorneys Association(ACPAA) .
